Thanks to Hiive, we’re launching a Global Community Support Programme for Code BEAM Lite Vancouver! The programme helps broaden access to the conference, offering support to individuals, startups, and those transitioning to Erlang and Elixir. It provides opportunities to gain insights, connect with the community, and explore the latest in BEAM technologies. The programme aims to empower those who may not otherwise be able to attend, offering support and access to the latest insights in the Erlang ecosystem.
Have you made an interesting innovation, open-source application or product?
Have you used Gleam, Erlang or Elixir in a real-world project and want to present a case study? Tell us about it!
We welcome proposals about Erlang, Elixir, Gleam and other BEAM-based technologies.
We are looking for great talk ideas around the 7 themes of:
Founder of Fission, Code & Coffee, BEAM Vancouver, and Vancouver Functional Programmers meetup
VP of Engineering at Hiive, Vancouver Erlang & Elixir meetup organizer
Elixir Developer at Erlang Solutions, member and supporter of Technolatinas
Senior Software Engineer @ SmartRent, Seattle Elixir Meetup co-organizer
A fantastic vibe with welcoming and easy-going folks that love what they do and love sharing and lifting up those around them.
Code BEAM Lite is keeping the traditions and providing a platform for the BEAM community to share ideas, discussions, meet with friends and colleagues.
It’s clear time has been spent ensuring there’s a diverse group of speakers (skill levels, ages, nationality, gender, heck, even programming languages); I hope this continues. Everybody brought something interesting to the table.
A great place to pickup news and inspiration from all things related to the BEAM.
